- Visit to Nascio – picturesque and charming village overlooking the valley
the mine trails : location and historical description of the main mining facilities of the Val Graveglia - visit to Saint Mary Church: little gem of the local architecture
- visit to the workshop of Franco Casoni – one of the most famous , master wood-carvers
- walking path from Nascio to Cassagna, stopping on the ancient bridge of Nascio (1766) to listen to the historical and cultural highlights – Explanation of the importance of Chestnut in the ligurian food system
- visit to Cassagna – one of the most ancient and best preserved villages of the Valley
- 18:00 aperitif at the Agriturismo “Cà da Nonna”
